Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. Durring high volume periods, it may take 3-5 days for your order to process.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

It’s Only Fabric and Thread is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

It’s Only Fabric and Thread is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times are greater for international orders. It’s Only Fabric and Thread is not liable for lost international packages.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
